Who we are
Worksite Studio builds and looks after websites for local businesses across the UK. This page covers the information we collect through this website, not any separate agreement we make with you once you become a client, that's covered in our terms.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect whatever you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number if you give it, your existing website if you give it, and your message. That's it, we don't collect anything else through this site.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work we've agreed. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for anything beyond the conversation you started.
Third parties
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, who handle the submission on our behalf. They have their own privacy policy covering how they process that data. We host this site on Vercel.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't currently use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts beyond what's strictly necessary to serve the page. If that changes, we'll update this page and ask for consent where required.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't turn into a project, we keep it only as long as reasonably needed to follow up, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep what's needed for the length of our working relationship.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch through the contact form and we'll sort it.
Changes to this policy
If this changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
